    Super long, snakelike French beans!

    These brilliantly long French Beans are so easy to grow from plug plants, however they will need full sunshine so make sure you position them well, or you could grow them in a polytunnel/greenhouse. They can be grown in large pots or beds and will need a 2m tall wigwam structure or other bean support to climb. Harvest the yard long beans in late summer. Some say that the beans have a slightly aspargus-like flavour, and in other parts of the world they are called Asparagus Beans.
