Easy and fast to grow these delicious soya beans can be cooked in the pods and popped straight into your mouth. They are a superfood rich in vitamins, minerals and full of protein. Edamame Beans are so easy to grow from plug plants – best planted in a raised bed, you can grow them much like broad beans. A full growing guide is provided with the plants.
