We’re excited to offer Amaranth Red Army as plug plants this year. You can enjoy the red leaves as micro leaves, cutting them very young to add a splash of colour to salad. Or you can wait a little longer and harvest larger leaves individually, or, and arguably the best option, wait until it reaches full height and produces striking flower spikes for cutting.

In the kitchen: Great as part of any baby-leaf salad when small however larger leaves can be sauteed or steamed similar to spinach.
