Planting/Growing Advice: Plant in early spring approx 10cm apart in pots, containers, raised beds and any traditional veg patches. Make sure the soil/compost has good drainage.
When to harvest: When the leaves start to turn yellow you can check to see if they are ready to harvest. You may be able to tell if they are ready from the crown of the bulb peeping above the surface of the soil. If not, carefully dig one or two up to have a look with a hand fork.

A fantastic yield of salad potatoes
We really love this variety for salad potatoes as they tend to come up quite small (perfect salad size!) They are usually ready to harvest in July, and have light, creamy skin and good texture. One of the benefits is that they will stand quite well in the soil for several weeks, so you needn’t harvest them all at once unless you have a problem with slugs/blight (in which case you can just dig them all up when ready and store in a hessian sack or similar). All in all, a really good choice if you love potato salads.
