How to Plant Lemon Grass

  • We’d recommend planting lemon grass in pots so that you can bring them undercover over winter.
  • Alternatively, plant them into the ground under cover in a greenhouse or polytunnel so that they are protected from frost during the winter
  • You can plant fairly close together to make one big clump, eg 20cm, or space a little further apart
