Potatoes for a yummy mash
A lovely yellow colour with smooth skin, Potato ‘Melody’ has fairly high disease resistance which makes it a trouble-free grower. It will produce a good crop too. It has quite a floury texture which makes it an excellent choice for mashing, baking and roasting. It’s a maincrop variety, so expect to harvest in September and it should store well.
